MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Our Metabolic Remodel Program combines realistic lifestyle changes over time with the power of peptide therapy, specifically GLP-1s. This approach enhances short term results while focusing on long-term effects and health. Our program options start at $150/month (4 month minimum) which is all inclusive for medical consultations and oversight, GLP-1 medication and supplies, education, and support from our team.

If you do not qualify to use a GLP-1 medication, we may be able to find alternative peptide therapies to help you achieve your goals.

EDUCATION

Not a candidate for or interested in using a GLP-1 or other peptide therapies? No problem. Our educational program with ongoing support is a great way to improve your metabolic health. This is not a fad diet or extreme exercise regimen focused on quick but unsustainable results. This program is designed to make small, realistic changes over time with the core belief that metabolic health is a lifelong marathon, not a sprint.

LABS

Patients electing to utilize our medical weight management or education services have the option of performing comprehensive metabolic lab evaluation. We have partnered with Evexia diagnostics to provide unbeatable prices on cash pay labs. Our labs start at $299 which includes a thorough review with our Medical Director.

All services provided have been researched and developed by our co-founder and Medical Director, Aaron Hobbs. Aaron is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience providing family medical care, with a growing interest and focus on metabolic health since April 2024. Aaron is licensed in Idaho, Utah, and Nevada to independently provide comprehensive care.

All services are provided virtually by way of telehealth. We utilize HIPAA compliant software to meet with you at the recommended checkpoints along your journey. Ongoing support from our team is offered through email, phone, and text.

All of our services are offered on a cash pay only basis. We currently do not accept HSA or FSA payments but are working to resolve this with our payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
